VG Spoofs is the brain child of Steve Rudzinski. Originally for a couple years, it was a place for Steve to quickly make crappy videos of funny ideas he/his friends had. This went on for a while, but was awful. Steve was not happy about the quality.

Then one day Steve had an idea. Make a higher quality VG Spoofs with a story. Effort would be included, just not as much as a feature. Then the second idea hit him, what the story should be.

Steve loved Power Rangers as a kid. So he wanted to draw from that, two guys picked to save the world from evil. But instead of the cardboard kids of Mighty Morphin', Steve wanted guys who would fully take advantage of having the ability to merge with their favorite characters. Geeks. Two super geeks who were awesome. Which ended up being Ryan and Steve. The rest, well between Steve and Ryan's ideas, it kind of just fell into place.

Season 1 is five episodes aired bi-weekly, starting June 6, 2008. Season 2 is being released now, 7 episodes bi-weekly and it's of a much higher calibur and quality. The amount of hits will determine if there's a Season 3.
